Valerie Baadh Garrett, RSMT, BFA
is a movement coach and movement artist. She is also a teacher trainer, speaker, author, consultant, and a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, working privately, with groups, and in video. She has been creating and teaching dynamic movement programs for various stages of life in a variety of professional and educational environments for over 40 years. Her own dynamic movement and spirited presentation style makes her a popular and effective seminar presenter and mentor for educators, therapists and organizations. Presently she is helping students and staff build connections through movement and nature at the innovative Meristem school near Sacramento, which includes a course to learn to assist in eldercare through Agile Aging. Caroline Palmer, MSPT, OCS, CSCS
is a Physical Therapist who works to help safely sculpt our new agility activities with us. With her own active lifestyle, Caroline embodies wellness herself, and her seminars for caregivers are informative and fun. Ms. Palmer received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Fresno. In order to achieve her goal of helping people in all aspects of their lives she then attended Boston University where she received her MS in Physical Therapy. Her passion is to help people improve their mobility and to enjoy life to its fullest, especially as we age. Ms. Palmer is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Olivia Huff, CMP, SDP, CAA
is a certified Agile Aging instructor, a massage therapist, and a Spacial Dynamics® practitioner working in the Sacramento, CA area. Olivia is a terrific movement and bodyworker. She is available for private movement assessments, Agile Aging sessions, or massage therapy as well as group classes. is a certified Agile Aging instructor and therapy dog healer, working in the Silicon Valley area. She is currently teaching in our Brisbane, CA program, and in communities on the San Francisco Peninsula.
